1. Prepare the Batter

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

2. Dip the Bread

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
