Cocktail
- 1
Prepare glass
Fill a highball or large Collins glass with ice to chill while you mix the drink.
- 2
Combine ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 1.5 oz vodka, 0.75 oz Peach Schnapps, 0.5 oz Midori, 0.5 oz Chambord, 2 oz cranberry juice, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 0.25 oz fresh lime juice. Add a handful of ice (about 4-6 cubes).
- 3
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and well-chilled.
- 4
Strain and layer (optional effect)
Dump the ice from the chilled glass and fill it with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass. For a pretty layered look, pour the Chambord last by carefully pouring it over the back of a spoon so it sinks slightly toward the bottom or edge, creating a reddish ribbon among the green and yellow hues.
- 5
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel and an optional maraschino cherry on a pick.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately with a straw. Encourage the drinker to give it a gentle stir before sipping to combine flavors if layered.
