Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Fish

Clean the branzino thoroughly, removing any scales and innards. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Fish

Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, and paprika. Rub the spices into the skin and cavity.

3

Stuff the Fish

Slice the lemon and garlic cloves. Stuff the cavity of the fish with lemon slices, garlic, and a handful of parsley.

4

Prepare the Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the fish on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Scatter cherry tomatoes and capers around the fish.

5

Bake the Fish

Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the tomatoes and capers. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6

Serve

Garnish with remaining fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot with the roasted tomatoes and capers.
