Prepare the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit for 12-15 minutes. After that, transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes.

Peel and Halve

Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mash the egg yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
