Banana Bread Preparation

Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and coconut flakes. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, or freeze in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes until firm.
