Method

Beef Slider Preparation

1

Cook the Beef Patty

Grill or pan-fry the certified Angus beef patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

2

Prepare the Pork Belly

Sear the pork belly in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it's crispy and cooked through.

3

Assemble the Beef Slider

Spread chipotle aioli on the inside of the toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked beef patty, followed by the seared pork belly. Top with the other half of the bun.

Ahi Katsu Slider Preparation

4

Prepare the Ahi Katsu

Dredge the ahi tuna in flour, dip it into a beaten egg, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.

5

Fry the Ahi Katsu

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated ahi tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.

6

Prepare the Garlic Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic and soy sauce together to form a creamy sauce.

7

Assemble the Ahi Katsu Slider

Spread kabayaki sauce on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Place the fried ahi katsu on top, drizzle with roasted garlic soy sauce, and cover with the other half of the bun.
