Preparation

1

Prepare the Garlic Lemon Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Potatoes

In a pot, add fingerling potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Grilling

3

Grill the Prawns and Scallops

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Thread the prawns onto skewers. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Grill the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.

4

Grill the King Crab Legs

Place the crab legs on the grill for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through. Brush with garlic lemon butter during the last few minutes of grilling.

Serving

5

Assemble the Dish

On a large platter, arrange the grilled prawns, scallops, and king crab legs. Serve the fingerling potatoes alongside and drizzle everything with the garlic lemon butter. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
