Method
Lamb Preparation
Marinate the Lamb
In a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green onions. Place the lamb rack in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
Cook the Lamb
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Remove the lamb from the marinade and place it on a roasting pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Hummus Glaze
Prepare Hummus Glaze
In a small bowl, combine hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, and paprika. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Olive Salad
Make Olive Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss to combine.
Forbidden Rice
Cook Forbidden Rice
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add forbidden rice and salt. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
