Ribs

Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Ribs

In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, chili flakes, and rice vinegar. Add the pork back ribs and coat them well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking

2

Grill the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade, until the ribs are nicely caramelized and cooked through.

Serving

3

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
