Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.

2

Make the Au Gratin Potatoes

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. In a saucepan, melt butter and add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Layer potatoes in a baking dish, pour cream mixture over, and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes until golden brown.

Grilling

3

Grill the Filet Mignon

Preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the filet mignon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

4

Grill the Lobster Tails

Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill flesh side down for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
