Method
Mac Nut Crust Preparation
Prepare the Mac Nut Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fish Preparation
Prepare the Fish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season local fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and top with the mac nut mixture.
Bake the Fish
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden.

Roast the Asparagus
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes until tender.
