Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the pork chop with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Make the Puree

In a blender, combine olive oil, basil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Ginger Streusel

Prepare Ginger Streusel

In a bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, grated ginger, softened butter, and salt until crumbly. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Aloha Tofu Champuru

Cook Aloha Tofu Champuru

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown. Add bok choy, carrot, and soy sauce, stirring until vegetables are tender. Garnish with chopped scallions.
