Preparing the Wings

Season and Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until wings are evenly coated. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Preparing Tsukemono

Pickle the Cucumber

Slice the cucumber thinly. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add cucumber slices and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Making Cucumber Remoulade

Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
