Steak and Accompaniments

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Take the Prime Delmonico ribeye out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat your grill or skillet to high heat.

2

Season the Steak

Rub the steak with olive oil, then generously season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper. Sprinkle the fresh rosemary on top.

3

Cook the Steak

Place the ribeye on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time according to your desired doneness.

4

Add Butter and Garlic

In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and crushed garlic cloves to the pan. Baste the steak with the melted butter and garlic for extra flavor.

5

Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.

6

Prepare the Accompaniments

While the steak is resting, sauté the seasonal vegetables in a separate pan with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper until tender.

7

Serve

Slice the steak against the grain and serve alongside the sautéed seasonal vegetables.
