Preparation Directions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with butter.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

4

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

5

Add Seasonal Fruit

Gently fold in your choice of seasonal fruit into the batter.

6

Fill Muffin Tin

Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

7

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8

Cool and Serve

Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm with honey and butter.
