Make the Cheese Sauce
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Flavorings
Stir in the diced jalapeños, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve
Remove from heat and serve warm with Doritos for dipping.
