Cooking Instructions
Cook the Linguini
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Lobster
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster tail and cook for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the lobster, let it cool, then remove the meat from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
Add the tomato sauce, chopped basil, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce, stirring gently to combine. Toss the cooked linguini in the sauce, ensuring the pasta is well coated. Allow it to heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Serve
Plate the Lobster Bolognese, garnishing with additional fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
