Directions

1

Prepare the Beef Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.

3

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust the time for your desired level of doneness.

4

Prepare the Vegetables

While the patties are cooking, wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato and onion into thin rings.

5

Make the Special Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until well combined. Adjust the ingredients to taste.

6

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. On the bottom bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty, tomato slices, onion rings, and a generous dollop of the special sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

7

Serve

Serve the Motorheads Burger immediately with your choice of sides.
