Gather Ingredients
Ensure you have all main ingredients: Kimmon Akita Junmai Sake, Ki No Bi Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Kombu Infused Olive Brine, and rice for garnish. Also, have your cocktail shaker, strainer, and cocktail glass ready.
Chill Glass
Place your cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Kimmon Akita Junmai Sake, 1 oz of Ki No Bi Gin, 1 oz of Dolin Dry Vermouth, and 0.5 oz of Kombu Infused Olive Brine.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine all ingredients thoroughly and chill the mixture.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Using a strainer, pour the mixed cocktail into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Add 1 tsp of rice on top of the drink as a garnish. Optionally, you can also add a kombu strip for an extra touch.
