Assembly and Cooking

1

Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Jamon, Lechon, Queso, and cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2

Roll the Cigars

Take a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the filling at one end of each rectangle. Roll the pastry over the filling tightly to form a cigar shape, sealing the edges with a little water.

3

Bake the Cigars

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange the rolled cigars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

4

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Cuban 'Cigars' with a side of your favorite dipping sauce.
