Burrito Filling

Method

Preparation

1

Sauté Spinach and Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

2

Assemble the Burrito

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the sautéed spinach and vegetable mixture evenly among the tortillas. Add the shredded chicken or pork on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and drizzle with Argentinean sauce.

3

Wrap the Burrito

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

4

Serve

Serve the burritos warm, topped with additional Argentinean sauce and a dollop of sour cream. Accompany with black beans and rice on the side.
