Ingredients for Serving Bollinger NV Brut Special Cuvée Champagne
Directions for Serving Bollinger NV Brut Special Cuvée Champagne
1. Prepare the Glassware
Ensure that your champagne glasses are clean and free from any contaminants. If desired, chill the glasses by placing them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or by filling them with ice water for 10 minutes before serving.
2. Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of Bollinger NV Brut Special Cuvée Champagne in an ice bucket filled with ice and water for about 20 minutes, or in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. The ideal serving temperature is around 45°F to 50°F (7°C to 10°C).
3. Open the Bottle
Remove the foil from the top of the champagne bottle and carefully untwist the wire cage. Hold the cork firmly and slowly twist the bottle, not the cork, to release the pressure. This will help prevent the cork from popping too forcefully.
4. Pour the Champagne
Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and gently pour the champagne down the side of the glass to minimize foam. Fill each glass about two-thirds full to allow for the champagne to breathe and to create a beautiful effervescent display.
5. Enjoy the Champagne
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of Bollinger NV Brut Special Cuvée Champagne. Take time to appreciate the aromas and flavors, best savored in good company.
