Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bruschetta

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread and arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and toast in the oven until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Mix the Topping

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Assemble

Top the toasted bread slices with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Main Course

  1. 4

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine Daou red wine, olive oil, whole garlic cloves, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  3. 6

    Serve

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with a glass of Daou red wine.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Prepare the Ganache

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.

  2. 8

    Add Flavor

Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until combined.

  3. 9

    Chill and Serve

Transfer the ganache to serving dishes and refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours. Serve with a glass of Daou dessert wine.
