Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Tofu

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

2

Sauté the Spinach

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the spinach for about 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with a pinch of salt and set aside.

3

Prepare the Carrot

Julienne the carrot and lightly sauté it in the pan for about 2 minutes until slightly tender. Set aside.

4

Assemble the Bibimbap

In a bowl, place a serving of warm cooked rice at the bottom. Arrange the sautéed spinach, carrots, fried tofu, and pickled daikon on top of the rice. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

5

Add Gochujang

Add a generous dollop of gochujang on top, adjusting the amount to your spice preference. Mix everything together before eating.
