Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Select ripe Syrah, Montepulciano, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Harvest them by hand in the early morning to maintain freshness.

Harvesting Grapes

Destem and crush the grapes using a traditional wine press or by foot for a more artisanal approach.

Crushing

In a fermentation vessel, combine crushed grapes with water and sugar. Add yeast and sulfites to start the fermentation process.

Setting Up Fermentation

Allow the mixture to ferment for about 2 weeks at a temperature of 22-25°C (72-77°F) while stirring daily.

Fermentation Time

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids.

Pressing

Transfer the wine into oak barrels and allow to age for 12-18 months to develop rich flavors.

Aging

Once the aging process is complete, filter and bottle the wine. Seal the bottles with corks and store them upright.

Bottling

Create labels for your wine bottles and store them in a cool, dark place for optimal aging.
