Method
Wine Making Process
Harvesting
Hand-pick the Syrah grapes from the vineyards in Stellenbosch, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected.
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes to release the juice and separate the skins. Press the crushed grapes to extract more juice.
Fermentation
Add yeast to the grape juice in a fermentation tank. Allow the mixture to ferment at controlled temperatures for 1-2 weeks.
Aging
Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Let it age for at least 12 months to develop complex flavors.
Bottling
After aging, filter the wine to remove sediments, add sulfites for preservation, and bottle the wine.
Flavoring
Infuse the wine with dark chocolate, black pepper, and vanilla bean during the aging process to enhance its flavor profile.
