Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest Grenache Blanc grapes at peak ripeness, ensuring they are clean and free from any mold or rot.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes and press them to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a clean fermentation vessel.

Add the wine yeast to the grape juice and stir gently. Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit at a stable temperature (around 65-75°F or 18-24°C) for about 2-3 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean secondary container. This process is known as racking.

Racking

If desired, add sulfites to preserve the wine and let it age in a cool, dark place for 2-6 months, depending on your preference.

Aging

Once the wine has aged to your liking, bottle it using clean bottles and corks. Store the bottles upright in a dark, cool place.
