Crafted from the finest Ontario pears, this delightful cider offers a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a refreshing choice for any occasion. With its bright, fruity aroma and a smooth, dry finish, each sip transports you to sun-drenched orchards. Enjoy it chilled for a truly invigorating experience!

Wash and core the pears, then chop them into small pieces. Place the chopped pears in a large pot.

Prepare the Pears

Add 1 liter of water and 250 grams of sugar to the pot. Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. This will help extract the flavors from the pears.

Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of yeast and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixture. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon for extra flavor.

Bottling
