Green Juice (Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger)
Citrus Carrot Juice (Carrot, Orange, Turmeric)
Beet Berry Juice (Beet, Mixed Berries, Apple)
Pineapple Mint Cooler
Optional Garnishes & Add-ins
Method
Green Juice (Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger)
Blender method (if no juicer)
Place spinach, chopped cucumber, apple, ginger and 1 cup cold water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth (about 45–60 seconds). Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Stir in lemon juice and pinch of salt. Pour over ice to serve.
Citrus Carrot Juice (Carrot, Orange, Turmeric)
Blender method (if no juicer)
Combine chopped carrots, orange sections, turmeric and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until very smooth (60–90 seconds). Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag, pressing to extract liquid. Stir in lime juice, adjust dilution with water as needed, then serve over ice.
Beet Berry Juice (Beet, Mixed Berries, Apple)
Prepare produce
If using raw beets, wash and trim; peel if preferred and chop into small pieces. If using pre-cooked beets, chop into chunks. Rinse berries and core the apple.
Blender method (if no juicer)
Place beet, berries, apple, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve over ice.
Pineapple Mint Cooler
Prepare produce
Trim and core pineapple if not pre-cut. Rinse mint leaves and pat dry. Juice the limes.
Blend or muddle
For a smooth juice: combine pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime juice and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a sieve if you prefer a clearer juice. For a more textured cooler: roughly muddle mint with lime juice in a glass, add crushed pineapple, top with sparkling water and ice.
Finish
Adjust sweetness with a small drizzle of honey if needed. Pour over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice.
Serving & Garnishes
Serve each juice immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention. If preparing ahead, store in airtight glass bottles in the refrigerator for up to 24–48 hours; shake well before serving. Optional add-ins: sprinkle chia seeds into berry or pineapple juices (allow 5–10 minutes to hydrate). Garnish with mint sprigs or thin citrus slices.
