Green Juice (Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger)

Optional Garnishes & Add-ins

Method

Green Juice (Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Ginger)

1

Prepare produce

Rinse spinach thoroughly and pat dry. Wash the cucumber and chop into chunks (no need to peel unless waxed). Core and quarter the green apple. Peel and finely slice the fresh ginger.

2

Juicing (using a juicer)

Feed spinach, cucumber, apple, and ginger through the juicer. Collect juice in a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and a pinch of salt to brighten flavors. Add cold water or coconut water to reach desired consistency. Serve over ice if desired.

3

Blender method (if no juicer)

Place spinach, chopped cucumber, apple, ginger and 1 cup cold water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth (about 45–60 seconds). Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Stir in lemon juice and pinch of salt. Pour over ice to serve.

Citrus Carrot Juice (Carrot, Orange, Turmeric)

4

Prepare produce

Wash and trim carrots, then chop to fit your juicer or blender. Peel and section the oranges. Peel fresh turmeric if using.

5

Juicing (using a juicer)

Run carrots, orange sections, and turmeric through the juicer. Stir in lime juice. If juice is very thick or sweet, dilute with a little cold water. Serve chilled over ice.

6

Blender method (if no juicer)

Combine chopped carrots, orange sections, turmeric and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until very smooth (60–90 seconds). Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag, pressing to extract liquid. Stir in lime juice, adjust dilution with water as needed, then serve over ice.

Beet Berry Juice (Beet, Mixed Berries, Apple)

7

Prepare produce

If using raw beets, wash and trim; peel if preferred and chop into small pieces. If using pre-cooked beets, chop into chunks. Rinse berries and core the apple.

8

Juicing (using a juicer)

Feed beet, berries, and apple through the juicer. Stir in lemon juice and sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. If too concentrated, dilute with cold water or apple juice. Serve chilled.

9

Blender method (if no juicer)

Place beet, berries, apple, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve over ice.

Pineapple Mint Cooler

10

Prepare produce

Trim and core pineapple if not pre-cut. Rinse mint leaves and pat dry. Juice the limes.

11

Blend or muddle

For a smooth juice: combine pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime juice and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a sieve if you prefer a clearer juice. For a more textured cooler: roughly muddle mint with lime juice in a glass, add crushed pineapple, top with sparkling water and ice.

12

Finish

Adjust sweetness with a small drizzle of honey if needed. Pour over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice.

Serving & Garnishes

13

Serve each juice immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention. If preparing ahead, store in airtight glass bottles in the refrigerator for up to 24–48 hours; shake well before serving. Optional add-ins: sprinkle chia seeds into berry or pineapple juices (allow 5–10 minutes to hydrate). Garnish with mint sprigs or thin citrus slices.
