Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Prepare the Strawberries

Take fresh mint leaves and gently clap them between your hands to release their aromatic oils. This will enhance the flavor in the drink.

In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar (1:1 ratio). Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before using.

Make the Simple Syrup

In a pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, mint leaves, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Gently muddle the ingredients with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavors.

Combine Ingredients

Slowly pour the entire bottle of Lunetta Prosecco over the muddled mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles.

Add Prosecco

Pour the refreshing Prosecco mixture into glasses, making sure to include some of the muddled strawberries and mint in each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy the crisp flavors.
