Boil Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add the black tea leaves (or tea bags), ground cinnamon, cloves, sliced ginger, and cardamom pods. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add Milk and Sugar

After simmering, add 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the tea mixture. Stir well and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
