In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil. Add the malted barley and allow it to steep for about 30 minutes, maintaining a temperature of around 65-70°C.

Step 1: Prepare the Wort

After steeping, remove the grain and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Add the hops to the boiling wort and let it boil for 60 minutes.

Step 2: Add Hops

After boiling, quickly cool the wort to around room temperature using an immersion chiller or an ice bath.

Step 3: Cool the Wort

Once the wort has cooled, transfer it to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Sprinkle the non-alcoholic beer yeast on top and seal the vessel with an airlock. Allow it to ferment at room temperature for about 3-5 days.

Step 4: Fermentation

After fermentation, dissolve the corn sugar in a small amount of boiled water and add it to the fermented beer to carbonate. Bottle the beer in sanitized bottles with caps.

Step 5: Carbonate

Let the bottled beer condition for another 1-2 weeks at room temperature before chilling and serving.
