Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, yellow Chartreuse, Mata vermouth, and orange bitters.
Adding Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnishing
Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
