Glass (per serving)

Method

Glass (per serving)

1

Chill and prepare glass

If possible, chill glass in refrigerator or freezer for 5–10 minutes. This keeps the drink colder longer and preserves carbonation.

2

Place 6 ice cubes into the chilled glass.

3

If using lemon, cut a thin wheel and gently squeeze it once over the glass to release a little juice, then drop the wheel into the glass.

4

Pour 12 fl oz of either San Pellegrino (for a pure sparkling mineral water experience) or Izze (for a sweet, fruity sparkling beverage) slowly down the side of the glass. Pouring slowly preserves bubbles and reduces foaming.

5

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig tucked against the inside rim or floated on top. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.

Batch / Service (carafe or pitcher)

6

Keep bottles cold until service. Store in a refrigerator or on ice if serving outdoors.

7

Prepare a small carafe or pitcher by adding a handful of ice and 3–4 citrus slices (lemon, lime, or orange) to the bottom.

8

Open bottle of San Pellegrino and, if offering multiple options, open Izze as well. For a lightly flavored service, fill carafe 2/3 with San Pellegrino and top with 1/3 Izze (or adjust to taste).

9

Stir gently once with a long spoon to combine — avoid vigorous stirring to preserve carbonation.

10

Top with a sprig of fresh mint for aroma. Refill guest glasses as needed, keeping remaining bottles chilled.
