1

Chill bottle

Place a 12 oz bottle or can of San Pellegrino sparkling mineral water in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you need it quickly, wrap the bottle in a damp paper towel and place it in the freezer for 20–30 minutes (check frequently so it doesn't freeze).

2

Choose a tall glass (12–16 oz). Fill the glass about two-thirds full with 4–6 ice cubes to keep the water cold without diluting it (San Pellegrino is best served chilled but not watered down).

3

Open the chilled San Pellegrino carefully to preserve carbonation. Pour the sparkling water slowly down the side of the glass to maintain effervescence, filling to about 1 cm from the rim.

Garnish (optional)

4

If using a lemon wedge: run the wedge around the rim of the glass, then drop it in for a light citrus aroma.

5

If using mint: gently clap the sprig between your hands to release oils, then place it upright in the glass as a fresh aromatic garnish.

6

Serve immediately while the water is bubbly and cold.
