Omelette Preparation

1

Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

2

Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it is bubbling but not browned.

3

Cook the Omelette

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

4

Add Fillings

At this point, add your desired fillings (cheese, vegetables, meats, etc.) to one half of the omelette.

5

Fold and Serve

Once the omelette is fully set but still slightly soft in the center, carefully fold it in half over the fillings. Cook for an additional minute, then slide it onto a plate and serve.

6

Optional Tortilla Wrap

If wrapping in a tortilla, place the cooked omelette on a tortilla, add additional toppings if desired, and roll it up for on-the-go enjoyment.
