1 1/8 lb (500 grams) milk-fed veal
3 1/2 oz (100 grams) bread crumbs
1 large Egg
1 3/4 oz (50 grams) Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
