Method
Preparation
Using a Juicer (clear juice)
Feed the carrots, apple, cucumber, ginger, oranges, and lemon through the juicer, alternating firmer and softer items to help extraction. Collect the juice in a pitcher. If juice is too thick or intense, stir in up to 1 cup cold water to reach desired consistency. Taste and add honey or agave (about 1 tsp, or more to taste) if you prefer sweeter juice. Serve over ice if desired. Stir before pouring, as separation may occur.
Using a Blender (smooth, fiber-rich juice)
Place the carrots (chopped), apple, cucumber, ginger, oranges, and lemon segments into the blender. Add 1 cup cold water and blend on high until completely smooth (30–60 seconds). Taste; add honey/agave if desired. For a smoother, clearer juice, strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard or reserve pulp for compost or cooking. Serve over ice if desired.
Finishing & Storage
Consume fresh for best flavor and nutrients within 24–48 hours. Store leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator; shake or stir before serving. If separation occurs, stir gently to recombine.
