In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and pesto sauce until well combined. Set aside.

Assembling the Sandwich

Spread a generous layer of the pesto mayo on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Layer the Ingredients

On one slice of sourdough, layer the roast turkey slices, followed by the Swiss cheese, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and spinach leaves.

Complete the Sandwich

Top with the second slice of sourdough, mayo side down. Press gently to hold everything together.
