Homemade cheese triangles perfectly fried and served with our homemade Marinara
In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until well mixed. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Take a small amount of the cheese mixture and shape it into a triangle. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Dip each cheese triangle first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs. Ensure they are fully coated.
In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot. Carefully add the breaded triangles in batches, frying until golden brown on each side.
Remove fried triangles and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with homemade marinara sauce.
