Prepare the Pork
Rub the Kurobuta pork chops with olive oil, Aleppo pepper, and salt. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Char the Onions
In a pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pearl onions and sauté until they are charred and tender, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Pork
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the marinated pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
Plate the Dish
Once the pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes. Plate the pork chops, top with charred pearl onions, and drizzle with pepper jelly. Garnish with fresh parsley.
