Prepare the Glass

Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, St Germain, and lemon juice with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain into Glass

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Top with Prosecco

Slowly top the strained mixture with Prosecco, allowing it to gently mix.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
