Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the pork tenderloin in the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Sear the Pork

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and sear it on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Bake the Pork

Transfer the seared pork tenderloin to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
