Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture and stir well.

2

Marinate the Pork

Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork and ensure each chop is well coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, allow the coals to turn white-hot.

4

Grill the Pork

Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

5

Grill the Lemons

While the pork is grilling, cut the remaining lemon into halves and place cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until they have grill marks.

6

Serve

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with the grilled lemon halves on the side.
