0.19 lb (3 oz)Prosecco (chilled)

0.13 lb (2 oz)Aperitivo (example: Aperol or similar)

0.06 lb (1 oz)Club soda (chilled)

1 to taste Ice

1 piece Orange slice (for garnish)

Drink

1. Prepare glass

Fill a large wine glass or rocks glass about halfway with ice. Using plenty of ice keeps the spritz cold and prevents it from becoming diluted too quickly.

2. Build the spritz

Pour 2 oz of Aperitivo over the ice, then add 3 oz of chilled prosecco. Finish by topping with 1 oz of chilled club soda. Do not stir vigorously — a gentle swirl or two is enough to combine ingredients while preserving effervescence.

3. Garnish and serve

Garnish with a single orange slice on the rim or dropped into the glass. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
