Calzone Filling

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, shredded chicken, roasted green chiles, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is creamy.

2

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

3

Roll out the Dough

On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into circular shapes, about 10 inches in diameter.

4

Fill the Calzones

Place a generous amount of the spinach dip filling on one half of each rolled-out dough circle. Fold the other half over the filling and crimp the edges to seal the calzone.

5

Bake the Calzones

Place the calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

6

Serve

Remove the calzones from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious Spinach Dip Calzones!
