Caprese Burger Slider Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter).

2

Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

3

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of fresh mozzarella on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

4

Prepare the Garlic Feta Sauce

In a small bowl, mash the garlic feta cheese with a fork. If desired, add a little olive oil to thin it out to your preferred consistency.

5

Assemble Sliders

Slice the focaccia bread into smaller pieces for sliders. Place a cooked patty on each slice of focaccia, top with sliced tomato and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with the garlic feta sauce.

6

Serve

Serve the Caprese burger sliders warm with a side of Caesar salad.
