1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, grated ginger, and lime juice.

2. Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3. Preheat the Oven
