Cocktails

1

Chill a coupe or tiki glass in the freezer while you gather ingredients.

2

In a shaker, combine Madeira wine, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, and lemon curd. This creates a tropical, creamy base with balanced sweetness and citrus.

3

Add Angostura bitters to the shaker to introduce spice and depth.

4

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled.

5

Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass to remove large ice shards.

6

Grate a light pinch of nutmeg over the surface of the drink to release aromatics.

7

Top the drink with a scoop of pineapple dole whip to create a tropical foam and a contrasting chill.

8

Optionally garnish with a pineapple wedge or edible flower. Serve immediately.
