Moisten the rim of a chilled margarita or rocks glass with a lime wedge, then coat the rim with spicy salt to create a heated, flavorful rim.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the ancho chile infused LP tequila (60 ml), pineapple juice (120 ml), fresh lime juice (30 ml), orange liqueur (20 ml), and agave syrup (15 ml).
Fill the shaker with ice to about two-thirds full, then cover and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice (or serve straight up if preferred).
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
